The Light of Prayer
One of the things I am going to try to do each month is give a short ministry about a specific topic, then I am going to ask for a specific person to be watched especially close. That person will change with each update but Gods eye will not blink. As always, this page, and all I do is dedicated to the Traveler.
The inaugural prayer light goes out to one man that I call a hero. He is the living reflection of my father. He is hardworking and expects everyone around him to be so. He understands when he realizes they are not. He provides for his children and the children of another man as if they were his own. He sacrifices for the three children - usually unselfishly.
He is available to the children both emotionally and physically whether it is football practice or rock climbing. He invests powerful love (and long unending lectures) in the three children and his wife.

Much like my father, he has dreams and things he would like to do with his life but - like my father - he is dedicated to his family - with no compunction.
His world is not perfect - nor is he - but he stays in there day after day when a lesser man might have walked away.
I offer a light of prayer to him as he is one of the brilliant points of light that illuminate the darkness that will never overcome me - not as long as he is around.
